I tried my first frog leg tonight. Yes, it does taste like chicken... kind of. To me it had a chicken soaked in green pepper juice taste. Definitely didn't taste like 100% chicken. Would I have them again? Probably not, but at least I can say that I tried a frog leg. Have you?
